Immaculate Conception Church of Urdaneta City with Fr. Cirilo Catabay officiates Mass among the inmates on weekly basis and espcially on special occasion such as the 14th NACOCO wk and the MASS BAPTISM, which was one of the highlights of this wk-long occasion.
