BJMPs Pamaskong Handog Para Sa Mga Bilanggo






A Joint Medical & Dental Mission was conducted by BJMP Regional Office 1 led by SSUPT MIGUEL A CAWI, Regional Director and City Health Office DR. BERNARDO MACARAEG in UDJ as early gift to its inmates. A Minor Surgery (Cyst removal) was performed by the Latter to two (2) of udj's inmates who were Long ago being bothered by this mass enlargement on the back and at the knee. WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST GIFT, BUT A HEALTHY MIND AND BODY. DR. BERNARDO MACARAEG, DR. UDJ's DAD receives CERTIFICATE fm DEPED's MOM


JAIL CHIEF INSPECTOR CLARENCE E MAYANGAO, District Jail Warden of Urdaneta BJMP receives a Certificate of Recognition from DEPED's SCHOOLS DIVISION SUPERINTENDENT, MDM. VIRALUZ S. RAGUINDIN, CESO VI, CEO VI. This was in connection with the DEPED BJMP's joint program of ALTERNATIVE LEARNING SYSTEM (ALS) wherein even during encarceration inmates of Urdaneta District Jail has a chance to finish and Have their Diploma in Elementary and High School.

BOARD MEMBER DANNY UY of Pangasinan's 5th District SPONSORED THE SPORTS FESTIVAL- a special NACOCO week activity; During His visit BM Uy donates assorted medicines & vitamins, 20 pcs of Monobloc chairs for the inmates to be used during their classes at ALS,Sports Equipments and Snacks. The very energetic public servant truly was a darling of the masses. With him were JAIL CHIEF INSPECTOR CLARENCE E MAYANGAO, District Jail Warden, DEPEDs, Dr. APOLINARIO MAMASIG, MDM TERESITA M. LOCQUIAO and the THREE (3) BJMPs Adopted personages from DEPED's ALS, Mr. Roberto Almonte, Mdm. Jocelyn Cariño and Mdm. Aurora M. Romano, all LAS Mobile Teachers.

Immaculate Conception Church of Urdaneta City with Fr. Cirilo Catabay officiates Mass among the inmates on weekly basis and espcially on special occasion such as the 14th NACOCO wk and the MASS BAPTISM, which was one of the highlights of this wk-long occasion. This was make possible through the assistance & SUPPORT of CITY COUN. UDJ- REHABILITATION CENTER OR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION?



Some 63 inmates of Urdaneta District Jail "Graduated" from the Program provided by the DEPED's Alternative Learning System (ALS). This Literacy Program gives a big hope to the inmates for a much brighter future providing them a chance to earn their diploma that may earn them a job in their supposed reintegration to the society. NOW UDJ HAS A HOLLISTIC APPROACH IN ITS REHABILITATION PROGRAM. Thanks to everybody who cares and make this possible for BJMP to attain.

PEREZ JR, delivered a very inspiring words of hope for the inmates of Urdaneta District Jail, emphasizing "HOPE NEVER ENDS IN THIS IRON BARS AND CEMENTED WALLS, BUT INSTEAD A BRIGHTER DAY AWAITS THEM WITH THE HELP OF SOME URDANETA CITY PROGRAMS". The City Mayor and the City Administrator of Urdaneta were among the person at the top list of "THOSE WHO REALLY CARES".; they always are of an open palm when it comes to helping the needy especially the inmates of BJMP-Urdaneta.

A POSE OF SUCCESS


After the successful 3-part program: I) OPENING OF THE 14TH NATL CORRECTIONAL CONSCIOUSNESS WEEK 08; II) ALTERNATIVE LEARNING SYSTEM-BASIC LITERACY PROGRAM & ACCREDITATION & EQUIVALENCY COMPLETION PROGRAM; III) LAUNCHING OF THE TESDA - Arabic Language & Islamic Values Education (ALIVE) with TVET, government agencies & individuals who cares for the inmates of Urdaneta District Jail poses as pact to continue supporting the programs of BJMP-UDJ for the welfare of its clienteles.

THE MONTH LONG RAMANDAM OF OUR MUSLIM BROTHERS IN URDANETA DISTRICT JAIL HAS ENDED. SOME 26 MUSLIM DETAINEES OF THIS INSTITUTION HAS OBSERVED THIS RELIGIOUS PRACTICE AND WAS FULLY SUPPORTED BY THE WARDEN JAIL CHIEF INSPECTOR CLARENCE E MAYANGAO AS RESPECT TO ISLAMIC BELIEF.

MORE OR LESS 100 INMATES WERE BENEFITTED FROM THE SAID MISSION. LUNG MONTH CELEBRATION





DR. BERNARDO C. MACARAEG, the City Health Officer of Urdaneta City and one of the BJMPs Awardees during the BJMPs 17th Anniversary Celebration for his unwavering support to the programs of the Urdaneta District Jail particularly in Health Programs conducts MEDICAL CHECK UP among the inmates of this jail. In line with the LUNG MONTH CELEBRATION with this year's theme "Stop TB, Kaya Mo, Kaya Ko"; along with the CHO's STAFF AND COORDINATORS of the government's TB-DOTS checks on the inmates health especially their respiratory system. UDJ WELCOMES TESDA





HOPE for the inmates of Urdaneta District Jail now becoming more clearer. TESDA PROVINCIAL DIRECTOR- MR. PONCIANO S CATIPON, with his staff and MR. MANUEL MENDOZA of DepEd, Urdaneta City, now considers bring some TESDA Skills Training Program to the UDJ for the benefit of its inmates especially to the Muslim Inmates and Female Detainees. CINSP CLARENCE E MAYANGAO, the District Jail Warden, expresses his deepest gratitude to these government agencies who devotedly assists in attaining the bureau's goal.
