The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology- Urdaneta District Jail really needs good samaritans, among them were:THE ROTARY CLUB OF METRO PANGASINAN MILLENIUM led by MR. FRANK UDO KABITZKE who has a big heart when it comes to charity works. They recently conducted MEDICAL/DENTAL MISSION and donated medicines among the detainees of this Jail. The students and faculties of the CITY COLLEGE OF URDANETA, also have unselfishly shared their blessing with our less fortunate brothers and sisters behind bars. They donated groceries and other personal needs.
