Mendoza-ES-1 ALS, the three (3) "angels" poses with SR SUPT EMMANUEL TABO SICIO, RBJMP 1 Regional Director, CINSP CLARENCE E MAYANGAO, District Jail Warden and concurrent ARDO- RBJMP1, INSP Jerome Lengwa, Deputy District Jail Warden and several DepEd Teachers poses to signify the beginning of a long partnership between the BJMP and the Department of Education for the benefit of the Inmates of Erdaneta District Jail who can now finish their studies (Basic Literacy, Elementary and High School) even during their detention.
