Plant Boxes around UDJ were constructed and were planted with ornamental/flowering plant in line with the beautification program of this jail dubbed as “MAGANDA AT MAAYOS NA KAPALIGIRAN PARA SA MAPAYAPANG KAISIPAN", as initiated by the District Jail Warden CHIEF INSPECTOR CLARENCE E MAYANGAO.
