Initial start for the Phase 2 of the Beautification Program dubbed as "MAGANDANG KAPALIGIRAN PARA SA MAPAYAPANG KAISIPAN" of UDJ step up through a donation of ENGR. ROSENDO SO, a well known Businessman of this City. The whole amountof money donated by the good-hearted person was immediately used to purchased one and a half pale of paint to initially paint the interior of the jail building where the inmates stays.
