The Energetic and Full-of-understanding Mayor of Urdaneta City, HON. AMADEO R. PEREZ, JR., have approved and funded the construction of an Additional Detention Cell for Minor Offender which will be located at the second floor of the newly constructed and now operational Female Detention Cell. Construction materials was presently being delivered to the Urdaneta District 
Jailto immediately start the said project.
These project will surely ease the present
congestion being suffered by the said jail. Especially
the minor offenders
